Here at Protego Totalum we will be allowing certain magical creatures to be played. While the Harry Potter universe has quite a lot of them, only few will be playable. Information on them is given below and should be followed.
werewolves
A werewolf is a human being who, upon the complete rising of the full moon, becomes a fearsome and deadly near-wolf. This condition is caused by infection with lycanthropy. Werewolves appear in the form of a wolf but, there are distinctions between them and regular wolves. A mixture of powdered silver and dittany applied to a fresh bite will seal the wound and allow the victim to live on as a werewolf. The Wolfsbane Potion, invented by Damocles, allows the werewolf to keep their human mind during transformation.
A werewolf cannot choose whether or not to transform and will no longer remember who they are and would kill even their best friend given the opportunity once transformed. Despite this, they are able to recall everything they have experienced throughout their transformation upon reverting to their human form.
Part-Werewolf :
There are several ways for a human to be classified as a part-werewolf. First, A human who is born to a werewolf and a human. And they can perform magic easily if either of their parent is magical. Second, enduring a werewolf's scratch or bite while not on full moon. Part werewolf's have heightened senses and immense strength and speed than an average human, but not too much that they would stand out. Around the full moon, they become agitated and irritated. They become a bit more aggressive and can be a little more temperamental when the full moon is high up.
No student Werewolves are allowed, but they may be part werewolves (born to a werewolf and a human). We however allow full adult werewolves to be created, but they should remember that Hogwarts would not have offered them a letter (Remus Lupin was the only exception and that cannot be made for every werewolf out there.)
vampires
A vampire is a magical humanoid that is famed for biting people on the neck and sucking their blood. They are part of the family of beings known as the Living Dead. They are usually pale and gaunt with sharp fangs for puncturing the throat.
Vampires have an aversion to garlic and can be kept at bay by its presence. They drink blood, though they are able to eat things such as pasties, and Honeydukes sells lollipops that taste like blood, presumably for vampires to use
Part-Vampire :
A part-vampire is a being with both human and vampire traits. Part-vampires are therefore a type of half-breed, with human and vampire ancestors. They inherit the magic from their magical parent and can be able to perform magic. They do inherit the thirst for blood from their vampire parent, but it isn't dominant, and they can eat human food too. They have heightened senses and are a little more faster than an average human.
veela
The Veela are a race of semi-human, semi-magical humanoids reminiscent of the Vila in Slavic folklore. Little is known about their biology; they appear to be young, beautiful humans. Their looks and especially their dance is magically seductive to almost all male beings and some female beings, which causes such people to perform strange actions in order to get nearer to the Veela.
Veela are thought to have their own type of magic which does not require a wand. When Veela are angry, however, they transform into something more like Harpies — their faces turn into cruel-beaked bird heads while long scaly wings burst from their shoulders, and they can launch balls of fire from their hands.
Part-Veela :
Veela have been known to marry wizards, although it is unknown whether any have married Muggles. Children of these unions are half-Veela, and they will inherit magical ability from their wizarding parent and beauty and charm from their Veela parent. Veela traits seem to persist for at least a few generations (examples being Apolline Delacour, and her daughters Fleur and Gabrielle).
In the site, we don not accept full blooded veelas, as there isn't full knowledge on how the veelas perform magic and what their abilities are. However we do accept half, quarter and so on..
giants
Giants are not as intelligent as wizards and witches but definitely more so than trolls, given that they seem to be able to comprehend magic and are actually fond of its use.
Even without magic on their side, giants are immensely powerful beings. Gifted with overwhelming raw strength proportionate to their prodigious size, they are difficult to detain by wizards since most spells tend to have little to no effect upon them and may very well be even stronger than dragons, as seen when six ministry wizards came to subdue the half-giant, Hagrid.
Part-Giants :
All known Half-giants had magical blood, and were capable of producing magic, traits they received from their witch or wizard ancestors.
From their giant family they usually retained a large height and build, they were usually considered extremely tall by human standards and short by giant standards. They also retained the natural resistance to most types of magical attacks from their giant blood.
in the site we do not allow Giants, but we do encourage half-giants and quarter giants to be made.
