The current year is 1996 and it is the month of JULY. It is summer vacation for the students of Hogwarts.

The activity check has been completed and a new Decree has been posted. Check it out in this thread.
01/07/96 Ministry has decided to bring back the tradition of EXCHANGE PROGRAM in hopes of renewing friendship between the three great schools of Europe.
The exchange program would be conducted between Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry, Beauxbatons Academy of Magic and Durmstrang Institute.
Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry would play as the host for the first time, and would accomodate the students from the other schools throughout the school year.
Activity Check
Since the staff team has been away for a long time and the site has gone inactive for quite some time, we have decided to hold an activity check so as to purge the site of inactive characters ....
The last date for it is this weekend i.e, 25th of April ... Please post in the site thread to let the staff know that you would remain on site as a member...
If you fail to post in the thread, then it will be considered that you wish to not be a member and you're characters will be deleted, and your posts will be archived

The Seven Swans is the pub in the village of Godric's Hollow. It is a two floor building.The first floor is exclusively for the the wizarding folks and the ground floor is for the muggles. Any wizard must enter the pub through the muggle entrance and can go to the next floor using the stairs. You will be allowed into the first floor only when you tap the door with a wand .
